No matter your transaction, we offer our services at a flat fee of $375 due at the close of escrow.

We ask for a $50 non-refundable deposit for all listing transactions. This will be credited towards your total due at closing.

We also offer our first-time clients $100 off their first three transactions with us. Don’t forget to ask us about our referral and loyalty programs.
